  • Each program is customized to the individual based on his or her current fitness level, short and long term goal, accessibility to exercise equipment, and time constraints.

  • My goal is to help you reach your fitness goals in the most effective way possible. It has been shown that the most effective way to weight loss or building strength is through sustainable training methods. I will not ask you to fully restrict yourself in your diet, nor will I force you workout for 1 hour everyday of the week. We will work together around your busy lifestyle to help you reach your goals.

Outdoor Workout


  • 12 week program that includes:

    • Two 45 minute virtual sessions per week (24 sessions total)

    • Personalized workout calendar and plan

    • Strength and conditioning assessments

    • Video exercise library

    • Nutrition counseling

    • Accessible 24/7 contact with trainer.

Online Workout


  • This is an 8 week self-guided program with 5 workouts per week that take 45-60 minutes to complete.

  • Includes:

    • Workout calendar and guide

    • Self-guided fitness assessments

    • Video exercise library

    • Weekly check-ins with trainer.
