How does it work?

record your exercise(s)

Each exercise must be at least 15-30 seconds long and at least 3 repetitions performed. Only up to TWO exercises/movements can be analyzed per session. 

Common submissions:

  • Running patterns

  • Squatting

  • Reaching overhead

  • Planks

CONSULTATION

During your 15 minute call, Brandon will discuss his findings and observations with you. Brandon will provide expert-level feedback and exercises to help improve your form and mechanics.
