"Brandon trained me for almost two years at a gym in West LA. I selected him because he was in the process of completing his physical therapy education and I had developed lumbar disc herniation causing severe back pain. My goal was to develop a lean and toned look, while protecting my back. He was simply amazing. He put me on a routine of low impact exercises that kept my heart rate going, while focusing on building my core strength. What I loved about him was his intense focus on form, his relentless effort and patience as he watched me fumble but slowly and surely got me back on track, and his thoughtfulness in video recording the movement, so I could watch the correct form and practice it when I was by myself.
